We ship all orders as quickly as possible and transmit orders to our warehouses throughout the day.

While we try to accommodate all edit or cancel requests,  please note that once an order has been sent to the warehouse for processing we most likely will not be able to make changes. This includes changes to shipping address, shipping speed, or to the items themselves (color, size, quantity or cancellation).

If a change or cancel request is not able to be made, you are welcome to request a pre-paid return label for any unwanted new, unused products FREE of charge for an exchange or for a refund (minus applicable return fees per item). Shipping fees are non-refundable. In some cases, our package carriers are able to change a delivery address for a $15 charge.
