This MANCINI product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect occurs, upon presentation of proof of purchase, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, your product without charge. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage by a common carrier (i.e. airline), loss of use or other consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized persons. If your product is damaged by a common carrier, contact them immediately upon arrival to file a claim.

Should you need to repair your MANCINI product, please do not return the product to your retailer as this may cause delays in service and incur additional costs. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-276-8346 to obtain a Return Authorization Number for your repair and ship your product to our Customer Service Department at the address below.

All returns must be sent to us postage or freight prepaid. We will repair your product, including all parts and labor, and ship it back to you at no charge. Should we determine that your product is non-repairable we will ship you a brand new replacement (or equivalent product) at no cost.
